Prof. N. Sheela is a highly accomplished and dedicated nursing professional with an extensive experience in the field of nursing education and administration. She has been working as Principal for the past 20+ years and currently serves as the Principal of KIMS (Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences) College of Nursing, located in KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. She further pursued her Master of Science in Nursing from Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai. She has played a pivotal role in establishing several nursing programs at various institutions across different states in India. She has been appointed as an Ad-hoc Inspector for the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Additionally, she serving as a member of the Board of Studies for Dr. NTRUHS and KNRUHS and as a program coordinator for various nursing programs at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Regional Centre, Hyderabad. Prof.M.Jayalakshmi has 23 years of experience in academics and administration. She currently serves as Vice Principal of KIMS (Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences) College of Nursing, located in KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. She further pursued her Master of Science in Nursing from SVIMS, Tirupati. She has achieved Ph.D. in Nursing from Mahatma Jyothi Rao Phoole University, Jaipur. Her vast experience and leadership skills have played a crucial role in the growth and success of the institution. She efficiently manages the daily operations of the nursing college, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students and fostering a culture of excellence. Ms. Indumathy Kuthati

Nursing from Dr. NTRUHS and has done her M.Sc. Nursing Specialty in Community Health Nursing from RGUHS Karnataka. Ms. Indumathy Kuthati is a highly accomplished and respected professional in the field of Community Health Nursing. With two decades of teaching experience, she has contributed significantly to the education and training of nursing students. Guided graduate nursing students from Toronto University, Canada. Served as a paper setter for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and an Examiner at various universities. She had an active participation in International and National Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, and Journal Club Presentations and engaged in Continuous Nursing Education (CNE) programs. She has published an article and holds the position of Research Guide for PG & UG Students. She has completed MOOC courses from reputed foreign universities. Ms. Chandralekha is the State Coordinator for the Society of Cardiac Nurses of India, Andhra Pradesh state and is an Active Coordinator for the IAP NNP Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Andhra Pradesh state and successfully trained numerous nurses in neonatal care since 2014.
