Programme structure
B.Sc MLT is a Four Years graduation course(Three years + One Year Intership). The candidates should have passed –
- Two year Intermediate Bi.P.C course
- Intermediate MLT with Bridge Course
- Vocational MLT with one year Internship
- Two year Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology (DMLT) with one year Internship
from any of the government recognized board.
The candidates should have completed the age limit of 17 years on or before Dec 31st for admission. Candidates shall provide gap certificate , migration as per the university requirements.
The examinations will be held at the end of each academic year both in theory and practical.

NOTE:
- Theory Internal minimum pass 35%
- Theory External minimum pass 40%
- Theory Internal & External minimum pass 50%
- Practical Internal minimum pass 35%
- Practical External minimum pass 50%
- Practical Internal & External minimum pass 50%
- The candidates has to pass minimum in each components (Theory & Practical ) separately.
Admissions
- Admissions are done according to the University Notification released in KNRUHS official website. Students should upload the documents as per the Instructions given in the university website for Convenor (Government )seats.
- Students should undergo written test and oral interview for management seats. The date of the test and interview will be displayed in the college notice board after university notification.
- KIMS has an intake of total 15 students – 9 Convenor (Government) seats and 6 Management seats.
- The process of admission, fee structure, rules and regulations are explained to the students in details during registration of seat.
